Amy Stephens came in to talk about her practice, inspired by her travels, she uses materials that she has collected to create these sculptures which are apparently like drawings.. I could not really focus in this lecture because a lot of her work was just pieces like above... I am really not into this type of art and it did not give me any ideas or change my beliefs or my practice at all, I am very much still into more messy, mixed media drawings on canvas or paper and for some reason I have never been able to get my head around art like this at all.
